Assisted Move Scheme*
Our Assisted Move Scheme enables you to reserve a brand new luxury apartment at Boughton Hall, before you've sold your own home, and we will help you to sell your existing property.
If you agree to our Terms**, we'll arrange and pay for your removals and your legal fees***.
Take advantage of the scheme today and, on your behalf, we will:
- Research the local housing market in your area.
- Call local agents to arrange three valuations of your property on your behalf, to arrive at a price designed to get your property under offer within 6 weeks.
- Keep in contact with your selected agent on a regular basis, monitoring the effectiveness of their marketing material and process, to ensure a sale is achieved within a reasonable time.
We can also:
- Introduce you to one of our part-exchange partners, who can arrange for you to receive a part-exchange offer for your property, instead of putting it on the open market.
- Put you in touch with financial advisers, who can discuss with you ways of raising additional funding, if required, through equity release, a lifetime mortgage or an interest-only mortgage.
Once you have a buyer (or agreed a part-exchange/guaranteed purchase price), we will:
- Help you instruct a conveyancer.
- Regularly check with all parties how the sale is progressing.
- Arrange and pay for a removal firm and your legal fees*** on your behalf.
- Provide a light lunch on the day you move in to Boughton Hall.

*The Assisted Move Scheme, with its free removals and legal fees paid, is only available to purchasers who are dependent upon the sale of their existing property to fund the purchase of an apartment at Boughton Hall and cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers.
**Terms: Permit the Boughton Hall Sales Team to be actively involved in the sale of your property, liaising with agents and regularly appraising the sale.
***Using our preferred removal company and a solicitor from our professional panel (fees in respect of the purchase of the Boughton Hall apartment only).
