Part-exchanging your existing property for an apartment at Boughton Hall couldn't be easier with the Part-Exchange Scheme offered through an independent part-exchange company.

There are both financial and other benefits of part-exchanging your current home, which include:

  • The certainty that the sale of your existing property will not fall through.
  • You will not need an Energy Performance Certificate, saving up to £120.
  • You will not have to pay estate agents to sell your property, which can cost anything up to 2.5% of the sale proceeds (on which VAT is also charged).
  • There will be no chain to delay your move into Boughton Hall.
  • The whole process will be hassle- and stress-free.
  • Extended period of up to 14 days after completion of the sale to vacate your existing property, if required.

The part-exchange procedure:

  • The part-exchange company will instruct three local estate agents (which can include any preferred agent(s) you may have) and make appointments, by prior arrangement with you, for them to value your current home.
  • On receipt of the three valuations, a no-obligation offer for your property will be made. (This offer will be valid for a specified time, which will be stated on the offer, and will be accompanied by a copy of the offering company's terms and conditions.)
  • If you decide to accept the offer, you will be asked to confirm this by signing and returning a Part-Exchange Acceptance Form.

That's it. Boughton Hall's sales staff and the offering company will deal with all the formalities, in conjunction with your solicitor.
